Rohini Sector 30 is a small sector with only four pockets. Approximately 30 percent of the area is encroached upon by Prahlad Pur village and factory area. This sector is surrounded by Rohini Sector 28 in the east across Urban Extension Road 3, Rohini Sector 35 in the west, Prahlad Pur village in the south, and Rohini Sector 29 in the north direction. There are only 3 types of plots available in Rohini Sector 30 (26, 32, and 60 mtr). Due to its attachment to Prahladpur village and factory area, the prices are comparatively lower. The good thing about this sector is that it is located on the proposed Urban Extension Road 3, which makes its connectivity more convenient. There are two big district parks in Rohini Sectors 29 and 30, which are fully developed by the DDA and are the main attractions of this sector. Big patches of land are allotted for schools, colleges, offices, and commercial areas. Facilities like water, electricity, roads, and sewer are already there, but it will take approximately 8 to 10 years more for the public to come here and live. Currently, this area is like a jungle and a favorite spot for scoundrels. As far as the transportation facility is concerned, there is no transportation facility available there. You must have your own vehicle. Other facilities like schools, colleges, offices, police stations, hospitals, and banks in this sector are not there. These facilities will take much time to come. One important thing is that we don't recommend buying plots in the A-2 pocket of Rohini Sector 30 without proper verification because factories and village areas are still there on the land of Pocket A-2. Many plots are under litigation.

What are the existing developments in Rohini Sector 30?

Rohini Sector 30 is a small sector of only four pockets, touching the boundaries of Prahlad Pur village. Currently, this is a secluded land with big bushes and waterlogging problems. Only two families are living there, both in the plots adjacent to Prahlad Pur village. DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has provided a few basic facilities, which are discussed below:


1) Electricity, water, roads, and sewer: DDA has already provided a few basic facilities like roads, sewer, electricity, and water in this sector, but it is very difficult to use these facilities because they were developed 15 years ago and no one has udevelopments in Rohini Sector 30?sed them since then because no one is living there. This sector will take approximately 8–10 years more for the people to come and live there.


3) UER (Urban Extension Road) 3: Urban Extension Road 3 is an 80-meter-wide road that will connect Rohini Sector 30 with other areas of Delhi. It is under construction and will be a great source of connectivity.

But, soon after the inauguration of UER-2, we can hope that this road's work will gear up.

2) Delhi Metro : Currently, there is no plan for Metro to come into this sector. But there are few chances that the metro can go from here. But, as of now, there is no government plan to connect this sector.
